The leaning tower of Piza!! This very large and leaning tower was one of the great things that I seen on my travels in Europe. It is guestimated that by the year 2002 it will have completely fallen over. So make sure you go and see it before then, it is well worth the trip!

This is a really nice picture of a bridge in England that I found right in front of the Duke and Duchess' home. I went there on my journey to visit my buddy Jeremy Taylor at the beginning of my European travels.
Although I've travelled a large part of the world and seen many beautiful sights, this picture was taken in our home town of Sarnia. While taking one of my favourite drives down the river towards Corunna, I happened to be admiring a great sunset and remembered my camera in the glovebox. This is one of the reasons that I love to live near the water, I get to see God's beauty on a daily basis!

This picture is of the famous mermaid of Denmark! It was put there to greet all the ships coming into the port of Copenhagen. I thought it was a very nice one to add to our collection and as you can see it was a bit cold!!
While in France two summers ago, I found one of those places that you know was meant for you. It was in 'La Place de Theatre' or the Place of Art. Being a longtime art loving gal, I was mystified by the paintings that these artists were doing right before my eyes. Some of this mans works now line our livingroom walls. What can I say, I am a sucker for the arts!
This is a famous landmark in Lucerne which is located in Austria. I had a hard time finding it walking up and down streets that I had no clue where they led. After about an hour of walking in circles a nice little old lady that spoke a little english walked me right to it.This picture alone tells me that it was well worth the walk! Right next to where this picture was taken there is a historical museum that gives the history of Lucerne. That there was a whole days worth but very interesting that's for sure!
Can you imagine me scaling a tower that is hundreds of feet high. Fortunately, I swallowed my fear, grit my teeth and conquered the Eiffel Tower. This is a shot from the bottom where friends and I lounged beneath some trees and gazed up at this monstrous site. It is extraordinary from the bottom and the top!
Chuck and I both have been here but on different occasions. I was here in 1994 and 1996, while Chuck was here in 1997.
Here is my favorite bridge in the world, the Golden Gate Bridge located near my home town in San Francisco. I have been over this bridge more times than you can imagine! The bridge is 280 ft above the water. Unfortunately many people commit suicide off this bridge for what reasons I will never know. One rediculous fact about this bridge is that the press nor police will ever say what number of people have jumped because people want to be number 1000..
This is one of the sights in Southern California in Newport Beach. I visited here in 1994 while I was in Malibu working at a summer camp for kids. The sights in Southern California are many to see but if you would really like to appreciate California as a whole you have to goto both Southern and Northern to see the drastic difference between the two. In my opinion they should both be two different states because they are far different!!
Our plane -- this plane took a group of my 10 friends over the seas to tour Europe, as well as do street ministry and work with the homeless. I have been on these beasts more times than I can count. My husband Chuck and I have taken wings on these amazing creatures and aquired many adventures and stories. These are just a small sample of all of our thousands of pictures. Our experiences have changed our lives and we would strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of going across the seas to go because it will be a time that you will never forget!
